Sathya Mandravanan

Director, QHSE Dry Division

Sathya Mandravanan is the Director of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) for our Dry
Division. He is also our Designated Person Ashore (DPA), along with Ranvir Jatar – responsible for the
effective implementation of the Company’s Safety Management System and for verification and
monitoring of all safety and pollution prevention activities.

Sathya joined FLEET in 2007 after his 15-year seafaring career and a stint as a Port Captain, Auditor
and Technical Superintendent at MSC Ship Management in Hong Kong. He began his seafaring career
as a Deck Cadet and rose through the ranks to become a Master Mariner in 2000. He sailed on a
range of ships from general cargo, bulk carriers, containers, log carriers and oil tankers.

At FLEET, he has held the roles of Manager, Deputy Head and General Manager of the Safety and
Quality Department, as well as Alternate Company Security Officer prior to his promotion to his
current role.

Sathya holds a Bachelor of Nautical Science from South Tyneside College in the UK, and has
completed an Executive Education Program through the Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology Business School.
