Kelly leads Newbuilding Supervision, overseeing the design and construction of high-quality vessels, providing technical expertise, and ensuring strict adherence to international safety and regulatory standards.

Kelly brings decades of experience in ship design, ship building, technical consulting, and business development to Fleet Management. She has worked extensively with stakeholders across the maritime industry, collaborating with shipowners, shipyards, classification societies, flags, and other relevant parties to drive innovation and ensure consistent quality in new vessel construction.

Under her leadership, Fleet Management’s Newbuilding services provide end-to-end project management, from initial planning to final delivery, integrating advanced monitoring solutions to enhance operational transparency.

Kelly commenced her career as a ship designer with SDARI and Grontmij, she has held senior leadership positions at Wärtsilä, BV class and RINA class, where she was instrumental in ship design development, project execution, and business expansion. Her experience also spans across various vessel types.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in naval architecture from Harbin Engineering University, as well as an Executive MBA from Emlyon Business School.
