Captain Raja Sager brings over two decades of maritime and corporate leadership experience to his role as Director of the Project Management Office. Prior to joining Fleet Management, he held senior roles at MISC, where he led major business transformation initiatives across QHSE, fleet operations, and offshore management. His seafaring background and Master’s from the Manukau Institute of Technology, combined with his MBA from the Northern University of Maylasia, give him a unique perspective on both operational and strategic challenges.

Raja has overseen large-scale projects including the construction of Dynamic Positioning Shuttle Tankers and the operationalisation of Malaysia’s first LNG Twin Floating Storage Units (FSUs). At Fleet Management, he is focused on strengthening project governance, enhancing tools and training, and embedding a culture of excellence and innovation across the business.

Raja is a strong advocate for QHSE and sustainability, ensuring these principles are integrated into every stage of project design and implementation. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring languages and cultures.
