Mike Bradshaw

Mike Bradshaw is the Executive Director for Commercial at Fleet Management, responsible for advancing the company’s global commercial strategy and ensuring the delivery of long-term value for customers. He leads Fleet’s commercial function with a focus on strengthening trusted partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth across the company’s ship management services portfolio. In line with Fleet’s customer-centric approach, Mike works closely with shipowners to deliver the outcomes that matter most: keeping assets trading, safe, competitive, and supported by transparent, consultative relationships.

Mike brings a distinctive combination of commercial leadership, operational expertise, and safety stewardship developed over a career spanning both sea-going and shore-based roles. He began his maritime career as a Dual Officer (Deck and Engine) with major energy companies, serving on oil tankers and LNG vessels. Following his transition ashore, he held senior leadership roles across ship management operations, commercial post-fixture activities, Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ), and business unit management in Europe. This breadth of experience enables him to connect operational discipline with commercial performance, helping customers navigate an increasingly complex maritime environment.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Mike is an active contributor to the advancement of maritime safety, governance, and industry standards. He serves as Chair of the UK National Maritime Occupational Health and Safety Committee and the UK Chamber of Shipping Health and Safety Committee and is a member of the Marshall Islands Quality Council. Through these roles, he supports industry-wide collaboration to strengthen safety performance, regulatory readiness, and the wellbeing of seafarers, reflecting Fleet’s belief that enduring trust is built through empowered talent and uncompromising safety. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit, and following Formula 1.
