Guided by our company’s Encompass strategy and aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals on global climate and nature standards, Fleet Management continues to pursue responsible operations, environmental stewardship, and innovation across our business.
We remain dedicated to ethical operations and responsible practices, and a commitment to advance standards across the industry.
Meaningful steps across all four of its pillars have been taken—turning ambition into action.
2024 Highlights:
- Navigating Responsibly: Improved data-driven decision making and performance oversight with the latest PARIS 2.0 enhancements. Strengthened our pledge to the UN Global Compact by improving transparency and aligning with global climate and nature risk standards to enhance resilience.
- Evolving Environmental Stewardship: Reduced GHG emission intensity by 2% annually. We reduced the impact of our office operations and achieved LEED ID+C Platinum for our Mumbai office, and offset 100% of Scope 2 emissions with Renewable Energy Certificates.
- Safeguarding People: Delivered 16 safety campaigns and 74 Psychological First Aid sessions, and also earned our 13th Port State Control Outstanding Performance Award.
- Working Together: Promoted two women seafarers to Master, increased female seafarers by 20% this year
