Key updates include clarified procedures, superintendent roles, and harmonised checklists. She also backed the “My Harassment-Free Ship” campaign, calling for inclusive, respectful working environments. Her advocacy reflects our strong commitment to seafarer wellbeing.

Raja delivered a speech congratulating the recipients and officially closed the event, celebrating their dedication and professionalism in maintaining excellence throughout new ship construction.

🍽️ Mumbai:
MasterChef Fleet Challenge Mumbai’s foodies went head-to-head in a creative cook-off, reimagining classic Indian dishes with a modern twist. Delicious, inventive, and full of team spirit, the MasterChef Fleet Challenge was a feast to remember!

🎳 Hong Kong: Bowling Bash:
A strike of success! Our Hong Kong office came together for a bowling night, with 10 teams competing. Creative team names like Britney Spares and Game of Throws added to the fun. The night ended with food, prizes and lots of laughs.

🌊 Chennai:
Staff, seafarers and families in Chennai collected 74 kg of waste during a beach clean-up for World Oceans Day showing how small actions can make a big difference.

🎯 Cyprus:
Cyprus colleagues geared up for paintball, showing off their team strategy skills. It was a colourful, high-energy break from the office and a great bonding experience.
🏏 Mumbai:
Mumbai colleagues shone at the Maritime Games, reaching the cricket semi-finals. Teesta Das clinched gold in table tennis! Sporting fever continued as more than 250 colleagues joined the 15th Elegant Premier League, mixing talent and fun in an internal cricket tournament.
