Soundararajan Kannan is Executive Director for our Dry Division.

Kannan joined FLEET in 2001 and has played a pivotal role in growing our business. His proudest moments, however, come from the many opportunities he has had to grow and develop talent within the organisation.

Prior to joining FLEET, he served as a Classification Surveyor for the Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass). His sea-going experience spans more than a decade, in which he sailed on a wide range of vessels, including bulk carriers, containers, crude product tankers and chemical carriers.

Kannan holds a degree in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering and Training Institute (MERI) and has completed an Executive Programme in Management at Columbia University.
