Aditi Garg is the Group Legal Counsel for The Caravel Group. She leads the legal and regulatory affairs for the Group, including FLEET, Caravel Asset Management, Caravel Resources and Caravel Shipping.

Aditi joined the Caravel Group in 2018. Her responsibilities at FLEET include supporting our Technical, Insurance, IT, Human Resources and Business Development teams on all legal matters, including dispute resolution. She also advises FLEET on agreements related to procurement, investments and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), as well as vessel acquisitions made by the Group.

Aditi is the co-head of The Caravel Group’s ESG working committee and also oversees the Group’s compliance with privacy laws.

With a career spanning more than 14 years, Aditi started her career as an M&A/private equity lawyer with a tier 1 law firm in India and worked in private practice for seven years before moving in-house.

Aditi studied Law at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
