Indonesia Maritime Week 2025, Jakarta

Mr. Angad Banga JP attended the inaugural Indonesia Maritime Week 2025 in Jakarta. He opened the third day of the conference in a panel discussion focused on the market outlook for shipping and commodities. Global leaders including IMO Secretary-General, Arsenio Dominguez Velasco, were in Indonesia to support the burgeoning maritime nation.

International Chamber of Shipping (ICS)

The Fleet Management leadership team attended an event hosted by the Hong Kong Shipowners Association to meet the International Chamber of Shipping’s Secretary- General, Guy Platten, and Secretary-General Elect, Thomas Kazakos. The Q&A discussion focused on the outlook for the global sector, as well as the progress of decarbonisation efforts. Fleet Management Executive Director, Angad Banga JP, is Chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association and joined them on stage.

ESG Shipping Awards, Athens

Fleet Management was recognised for the Social Leader Award for the second year in a row. The award was collected by Yannis Maroulis, Head of Business Development in our Athens office, who was joined by Deep Bisla, and Rohit Tandon. The award recognises outstanding performance in labour standards, human rights, crew wellbeing, and social reporting. This back-to-back recognition highlights our strong commitment to seafarer welfare and embedding social responsibility across our operations.

HKSOA - Hong Kong Maritime Community

Prakash Chandra, Director, Gas SME Technical, joined a panel discussion on Hong Kong’s readiness for the global green fuel transition, joined by an audience of over 150 attendees. His team is engaged in many green fuel trials and innovation to advance safe and efficient solutions, including a project with Sinopec and the Transport Department which the panel discussed.
