Mike Bradshaw is a Director of our Dry Bulk division, responsible for the Cyprus office and promoting FLEET’s presence in the wider European market.

Mike began his seagoing career as a Dual Officer (Deck and Engine) with the energy majors, sailing on oil tankers and LNG vessels. Since coming ashore, he has worked in ship management roles in operations, commercial post-fixture and Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ). His expertise is within leadership, culture and safety and as such held the position of Global Head of HSSEQ for several years before joining FLEET.

Mike is currently the Chairperson for the UK Chamber of Shipping’s Health and Safety Committee, and the UK’s National Maritime Occupational Health and Safety Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Marine Environmental Protection Association and is a member of the Marshall Islands Quality Council and the Lloyd's Register's Hellenic Technical Committee.

Mike is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the professional body for management and leadership within the UK.
