Ajit Natu is the Director of Tanker Operations for FLEET. In this role, he is responsible for the safe and efficient cargo operation of all tankers under our management.
A Master Mariner, Ajit's career in maritime spans more than two decades. During his tenure at sea, he sailed mostly on parcel chemical tankers.
Ajit has been an active member of the CDI (Chemical Distribution Institute) Technical Committee since 2015. He also sits on the Chemical Technical Committee of INTERTANKO. From 2019 to 2020, he contributed to the 6th edition of the International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers and Terminals (ISGOTT) and Tanker Safety Guide (Chemical).
Ajit holds a degree in Nautical Science from Blackpool and Flyde College.
