Rajesh Singh

Director, Gas Tankers

Rajesh Singh is the Director of our Gas Tankers team.

Rajesh began his journey with FLEET in 2005 after sailing for 12 years on VLCC, Aframax, MR and chemical tankers. He started his onshore career as a New Building Site Manager before progressing to Technical Superintendent, Technical Manager, General Manager and his current role.

Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Marine Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (now known as Marine Engineering and Research Institute) and is a certified Class-1 Engineer (Oil/Chemical/Gas). He has also completed professional development courses in corporate strategy, finance and innovation at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Rajesh played a pivotal role in creating an innovative training programme for MAN B&W Electronic Engines. In 2006, he published a book titled ‘The Process of Ship Building’ in cooperation with the Institute of Marine Engineers.
