MR. KISHORE
RAJVANSHY He graduated from BITS Pilani, a prominent university in India in mechanical engineering in 1969. After graduation he joined the Shipping Corporation of India (the country's state shipping company), where he spent the first year of training in Mumbai. He spent most of his time at sea between 1971 and 1978. In the last three years at sea he sailed as chief engineer. In 1978 Mr. Rajvanshy came ashore as he progressed toward the post of superintendent. In 1979 he embarked upon a 15-year career with a prominent Hong Kong-based ship management company. Starting as a superintendent, he was soon promoted to technical manager, then technical director and finally - for the last eight years with the firm - he was director and general manager. That last period was particularly productive and saw the company grow from 20 to 70 ships. In November 1994 Mr. Rajvanshy joined Noble Group to establish Fleet Management Ltd. |

CAPT. A. M.
KARANDIKAR He is also in charge of the tanker operations cell and supervises development of training modules and training videos for on board and shore based training of seafarers. Capt. Karandikar started his apprenticeship in 1981 and went on to become a Master in 1992 and has sailed on a wide range of vessels including: general cargo, container vessels, bulk carriers, reefer vessels, oil tankers, chemical tankers, product tankers clean and dirty. As a Master he has commanded clean and dirty product tankers, ULCC's, VLCC's, chemical tankers and bulk carriers. His career as Master spanned the years of 1992 to 1997 before he came ashore to take up the present post at Fleet Management in January 1997. |

CAPT. M. S.
NAGARAJAN Capt. Nagarajan and his assistants closely monitor all operational matters of dry cargo ships. Capt. Nagarajan oversees the Philippines' office and employment of Chinese crew. He also assists with handling labour related matters of the company with the various unions including the ITF. Capt. Nagarajan started his apprenticeship on the T. S. Rajendra in 1976 and went on to become Master in 1989. He has sailed on a variety of ships and had five years experience in the manning field in India and the Philippines prior joining Fleet Management in June 1997. In the absence of Capt. Karandikar, Capt. Nagarajan is the designated person. |

MR. GLEN C.
PEREIRA Mr. Pereira graduated as an engineer and followed this with a year's training as a marine engineer in Mumbai. He then went to sea in 1983, where he sailed for ten years - the final two years in the capacity of Chief Engineer. Mr. Pereira joined Fleet Management in 1995, shortly after the company's inception, as a superintendent and gradually rose to his present rank. |

| MR. SUNIL KAPOOR Mr.Sunil Kapoor is a General Manager - Technical at Fleet Management. With his team of superintendents, technical assistants and secretary, Mr. Kapoor supervises the maintenance and operation of Fleet Management's Group 3 vessels. Mr.Kapoor graduated from India's premier Maritime Engineering college (D.M.E.T.) in 1981. He went to sea the same year and sailed for 11 years till 1992 - the final two in the capacity of Chief Engineer. Mr.Kapoor then became a superintendent with a well known shipping company followed by a 3 year term as a marine surveyor with Lloyds. He joined Fleet Management in the year 1996 as a Superintendent and gradually rose to his present rank of General Manager - Technical. |

Mr. Nigam then became a superintendent with a well known shipping company .He joined Fleet Management in the Nov 1996 as a Superintendent and gradually rose to his present rank of General Manager - Technical. |

| MR. VINOD K. SEHGAL Mr. Vinod Kumar Sehgal is a Technical Manager at Fleet Management. With his team of Superintendents, Technical Assistants and Secretary, Mr. Sehgal supervises the running, maintenance and operation of Fleet Management's Group 5 vessels. Mr. Sehgal graduated from India's premier Maritime Engineering college(D.M.E.T.) in 1985. He started his career with Damodar Bulk Carriers, India and has sailed on bulk carriers and tankers before joining Fleet Management in 1997 as a superintendent and gradually rose to his present rank of Technical Manager. |

| MR. EDWARD LEUNG Edward Leung is the Accounts Manager. Mr. Leung started his career with Nedlloyd Line in 1985 as an accounts clerk and progressed in his career to become an accountant with Win International in 1992. Mr. Leung joined Fleet Management in 1995 and with his in depth knowledge and expertise in computers was instrumental in setting up our computerized accounting system. |

| MR. WILLIAM TSANG Mr. William Tsang is Purchasing Manager and oversees a team of Technical assistants at Fleet Management. His main duties are spare part procurement and spare part shipment for the ships. Mr. Tsang has more than 20 years experience in the shipping field. Mr. Tsang has qualifications in shipbuilding and engineering and a business management qualification from the UK. He has been with Fleet Management since its inception. |

| MR. MUDIT PALIWAL Mr. Mudit Paliwal is the Head of Business Division at Fleet Management Limited. In his capacity, he undertakes existing and new Business Development, Shipping Project conceptualisation and Structuring ship-financing for debt and equity. He graduated from DMET in November 1992 where he came out with top honours in all four years and was awarded the President of India's Gold Medal. He also gained top honours in his FT-MBA from LUMS, one of the only two 6-star Management Schools in UK where he focused on Corporate Strategy, International Financial Management and Derivatives. Having sailed as a Chief Engineer, Mr. Paliwal, stepped ashore with a Ship Owning company undertaking a variety of roles from Technical Superintendence to Quality & Safety to Structured Finance, before he joined FML in Sep 2002 as Head of Business Division |

RANGNEKAR In this capacity he is in charge of staff recruitment for the ships. Capt. Rangnekar assists with development of training modules and the administration of the Fleet Management Training Institute at Navi Mumbai which he helped set up in 1998. Capt. Rangnekar started his sea career after doing two years training at T. S. Rajendra in 1980. He has served on various types of ships such as bulk carriers, general cargo ships, multi - purpose and container vessels and sailed as Master from 1994 until August 1997 when he joined Fleet Management as Marine Superintendent. |
